The committee has changed there (sic) meeting place to the fire Station, still the 3rd Wed of each month at 6PM.
Mark Hubbard was awarded the cemetery maintenance for another year. It was the consensus the Mr. Hubbard knew what was expected to be done. If something had to be done, he would always do what was needed.
Joanna will contact Mark about cleaning the backside of Pineground to the fences right side only. Also, fixing the fencing on the front of the cemetery facing Rt. 28. The rods are falling out of the granite posts and are very rusted. If he could put in some kind of new fencing using the old granite posts. If he can't do the fencing, Gilbert would check with other contractors.
Joanna calling Franco Rossi to see if he can attend he Nov. 19th meeting, Robin and Joanna have been going over the map he presented in September and that there are corrections to be made.
Robin and Joanna will be meeting Sat, Oct 18th at 2:15PM at the Leavitt Cemetery
